Chaired by Minister of Environment Erik Grigoryan, the first interdepartmental working meeting of "10/10/10" initiative took place today at the Ministry of Environment.
The meeting was attended by all state agencies - at the level of deputy ministers and deputy heads of other state organizations. Executive Director of Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) Armen Orujyan was also present at the discussion.

The National Assembly adopted the legislative package on “Making Supplements and Amendments to the Code on Ozone-Depleting Substances and on Administrative Offenses'' in the first reading
The corresponding legislative package was submitted by the Deputy Minister of Environment Irina Ghaplanyan in the National Assembly.
The ban will include the countries that produce ozone-depleting substances and have not signed the Montreal and Vienna Conventions.

On January 20-24, the seminar-discussion of TAIEX Expert mission took place in the Ministry of Environment, on the margins of which experts presented EU Directives 2003/4 /, 2003/35 on public access to environmental information, public participation and the right to a fair trial.
