Minister of Nature Protection Aramayis Grigoryan participated in a decade event of WWF-Armenia. The major achievements of the Organization in the Armenian environmental field for the past ten years were represented during the ceremony held in Yerevan Botanical Garden.
A congratulatory message was delivered by the Minister of Nature Protection Aramayis Grigoryan.
Considering natural the cooperation of the Ministry of Nature Protection with WWF-Armenia since its establishment, Aramayis Grigoryan highly evaluated the organization's contribution in the solution of environmental issues. Minister of Nature Protection Aramayis Grigoryan represented the numerous programs implemented with WWF-Armenia and added, “The development of achieved results, the continuation and strengthening of further cooperation requires a constructive, targeted and coordinated use of integrated approaches. The experience of our effective collaboration in previous years creates the fundamental prerequisites for that”.
The speeches were also delivered by Reiner Morell, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Armenia, Giorgi Sanadiradze, Director of WWF's Caucasus Programme Office, Igor Chestin, Director of WWF Russia, Karen Manvelyan, Director of WWF-Armenia, Lukas Gasser, the Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to the Republic of Armenia, Jirayr Vardanyan, Director of the Botanical Institute of NAS RA.
New seed plot was officially opened in the Botanical Garden, which was established by Botanical Institute of NAS RA in the frames of WWF-Switzerland-funded program.

Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body was defined as a subordinate body to the Government by the RA law on “State administration system bodies” adopted on March 23, 2018, thus citizens may send their calls and applications to the Head of the Inspection Body (Address: Koryun 1, 3750009 Yerevan, tel.
