On June 30 Minister Aramayis Grigoryan visited "Zvartnotc" Aviameteorological Centre” CJSC. The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the activities of the company on spot, as well as to congratulate the staff on obtaining permit on June 16 from the General Department of Civil Aviation to provide meteorological services for air navigation.
Aramayis Grigoryan accompanied by the Head of General Department of Civil Aviation Artyom Movesyan, Director of "Zvartnotc" Aviameteorological Centre” CJSC Levon Levonyan got acquainted with the process of recording meteorological data and information transfer carried out by the company and wished success to the staff in their highly responsible activities: “From the exactness of your recorded data depends on a safe landing and flight of our planes. You are dealing with human lives, which is honorable and at the same time responsible work. As the pilots say, I wish safe and uninterrupted work to all of you. As a result of your effective and dedicated work today you have received authorization to provide meteorological services for air navigation. I wish you to record continuous progress and success in your work.”
The Head of General Department of Civil Aviation Artyom Movesyan in his turn congratulated "Zvartnotc" Aviameteorological Centre” CJSC, noting that the professional and technical preparedness corresponds to the criteria defined by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Convention on ''International Civil Aviation'' can provide meteorological services for air navigation.
Levon Levonyan expressed its gratitude to the Ministry of Nature Protection and General Department of Civil Aviation for their continued support and the permit and assured that the center will continue to deliver qualitative services.
