21 decrees on administrative fine of 2.35 million AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 23-27.02.2015, 2.35 million AMD was calculated as environmental damage.
Particularly a decision of 50.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for an individual for the violation of norms of fauna conservation revealed during the inspection procedures implemented by Kotayk Regional Division and 52.5 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage.
Two decisions of 100.0 thousand AMD were made as an administrative fine for individuals by Lori Regional Division and 277.12 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage.
5 decrees were adopted to charge individuals having done similar violation an administrative fine of 250.0 thousand AMD for 5 cases coordinated by Tavoush Regional Division and 1.14 million AMD was calculated as damage caused to the environment.
Due to the inspections fulfilled by Kotayk Regional Division, there was decided to charge an entrepreneur an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preserving water and 80.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Due to the inspections implemented by Lori Regional Division, an entrepreneur was charged an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD for similar violation and 699.15 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage.
During the visits of Tavoush Regional Division it was decided to charge an individual
30.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms on preserving soil, and during visits implemented by Vayoc Dzor Regional Division 25.7 thousand AMD was calculated for an individual having caused damage to the environment. An administrative case is in the process.
As a result of an inspection carried out at an entrepreneur by Gegarkunik Regional Division, a decree of 150.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made to charge for violation of expertise norms of the environment.
During the inspection of Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes, Noxious Substances there was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms and for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines.
Two individuals were charged 100.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected during the joint visits of the employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division and “Sevan NP” SNCO. 22.8kg confiscated live crayfish was released back to Lake Sevan. 13.0kg /126/ “karas” fish without owner was handed to “Sevan Psychiatric Hospital” CJSC according to the defined order. 22fish nets were confiscated.
An administrative fine of 220.0thousand AMD was made by Aragacotn Regional Division for 2 individuals having done illegal hunting and 6.0thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. 2 hunting guns were confiscated. During the visits of employees of Shirak Regional Division illegal fishing was revealed and it was decided to charge an individual an administrative fine of 70.000AMD and 8.0thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. 8“karas” fish was confiscated and handed to “Gyumri Boarding School” SNCO. Fish net (12m) was confiscated.
Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substances detected 5violation cases during the implemented inspections. 5 hunting guns were confiscated. Proceedings were instituted.
An administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD was made for an individual’s illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the inspection procedures conducted by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 60.0thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature. 2 decisions were made to charge individuals 200.0thousand AMD for 2 cases conducted by Tavoush Regional Division.
In general due to the sanctions imposed by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 2.21 million AMD has entered the state budget.
