Outputs of inspection of “Akhtala enrichment combinat” CJSC were summarized
30-04-2015State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection exaimedthe implementation procedure of emvironmental legislation requirements in “Akhtala enrichment combinat” CJSC.
In the course of the inspection a number of violations were detected as a result of which the director was charged an administrative fine and an act of 5.19 million AMD was composed for environmental pollution and overusage of water recources.
Meanwhile, the company was assigned to develop plan of actions on prevention of environmental pollution within a short period of time.
