8 decrees on administrative fines of 530.0 thousand AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 10-14.08.2015, 165.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage.

W hile implementing inspections, Shirak Regional division detected the transfer of granular materials without impenetrable cover and made a decision to charge an individual an administrative fine of 50.0thousand AMD.
There was decided to charge an administrative fine of 30.0 thousand AMD by Tavoush Regional Division.
Not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined period of time:
There was decided to charge a businessman an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD by Gegharkunik Regional Division. Shirak Regional Division employees conducted an inspection which was followed by a decree to charge an entrepreneur 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine.
illegal transfer of timbers:
A decision of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine during the inspection procedures conducted by Aragacotn Regional Division and 90.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage.
A decision of 200.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine during the inspection procedures implemented by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 75.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature.
Armavir Regional division implemented inspections and detected violations of norms thus charging an administrative fine of 50.0thousand AMD.
In general due to the sanctions imposed by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 1.24 million AMD has entered the state budget.
