7 decrees as an administrative fine of 350.0 thousand AMD are the result of inspections accomplished by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 20-24.02.2017; 819.6 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage.
Particularly in the sphere of flora protection:
6 decrees were adopted as an administrative fine of 300.0 thousand AMD and 819.6 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage, including:
Tavoush Regional Division detected 3 cases of deforestation thus deciding to charge an administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD; 207.35 thousand AMD was reckoned as environmental damage.
There was decided to charge 100.0 thousand AMD for illegal cutting of trees /2 cases/ and 264.75.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage /Lori Regional Division/.
As a consequence of inspections executed by Syunik Regional Division, 31.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage /deforestation/.
Vayoc Dzor Regional Division revealed a case of deforestation and composed an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD; 316.5. thousand AMD was reckoned as damage caused to the nature.
Not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment trimester reports within the defined period of time, a decree was adopted as an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD (Shirak Regional Division).
Earlier, a decree adopted an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD on the bases of additional amount of dependent particles from the 4th tunnel of Artsvanik tailing dump of Zangezur Copper and Molybdenium Combine CJSC was returned to the state budget.
In general, due to the sanctions imposed by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 0.77 million AMD has entered the state budget.
