 In the Republic
In the daytime of 16, 17-18, 20-21 in separate regions short-term precipitation is predicted; thunderstorm is possible. On March 19 no precipitation is predicted. South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, in separate places the wind speed may exceed up to 15-20 m/s. In the daytime of March 16, on 17 the air temperature will gradually go up by 8-12 degrees.

In Yerevan
In the evening of March 16 in separate parts of the city, on 17-18, on 20-21 from time to time short-term precipitation is predicted; thunderstorm is possible. On March 19 no precipitation is predicted. 

On the initiative of the Ministry of Environment, by the decree of the Government, the specially protected areas of forest provided to a private company by the gratuitous right of use, by the right of permanent (infinite) use  will be returned to the state management

By the instruction of Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan, the Legal Department of the Ministry of Environment has developed a draft decree of the Government on "Revoking the N894-N decree (June 10, 2004) of the Government of the Republic of Armenia ".

Officially launched  EU4Sevan project

Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan today participated  in the  official online launch ceremony of the EU- and Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)- funded “Environmental Protection of Lake Sevan” (EU4Sevan) project. The event brought together the  EU4Sevan donors, officers of  public administration, Gegharkunik regional and local self-government bodies, diplomatic corpus in Armenia, public and private sector partners and experts to celebrate the official launch of the project.

In the daytime of March 12 the Republic will be in the zone of influence of a powerful cyclone. In the daytime of March 12 throughout the Republic snow is predicted, intense in separate places, in the mountainous regions snowstorm, expected - low horizontal visibility. At the night of March 13 and in the morning on almost all the highways of the Republic black ice is predicted due to the simplification of the weather and sharp drop of the temperature: We urge drivers to be vigilant.

In the daytime of March 12, precipitation is predicted in the whole territory of the Republic: on March 13-16 no precipitation is predicted.  South-west wind speed is 5-10 m/s, on March 12 in separate places the wind speed may exceed up to 15-20 m/s. In the daytime of March 12 the air temperature will go down by 4-5 degrees, at night of 13 it will go down by 9-10 degrees.

In the daytime of March 12, in separate places of the city snow is predicted, wind speed - 17-20 m/s. On March 13-17 no precipitation is predicted.
