Eco-educational training at "Dilijan" NP

In an effort to promote environmental ethics awareness, the staff of the Science Division of "Dilijan" National Park held a training for 5-8th graders of Dilijan Basic School N6, within the framework of which the following topics were illustrated:

In the daytime of March 3, on 4, on 6,  at night of 7 no precipitation is predicted, on 5 in southern regions, after the daytime of 7, on 8 in most regions precipitation is predicted, in the form of snow in the mountainous and foothill regions. South-west wind speed is 5-10 m/s. On March 3-6 the air temperature will gradually go up by 3-5 degrees, in the daytime of 7-8 it will go down by the same degrees. 
 In Yerevan
In the daytime of March 3, on 4-6, at night of 7 no precipitation is predicted, in the evening of 7, on 8 precipitation is predicted.

Relaunched the "One Window" citizen service in the Ministry of Environment

In a bid to make the citizen service procedure more convenient, faster, and to make the document circulation process easier, the "One Window" service was relaunched in the Ministry of Environment (address: Government Building 3, Republic Square, Yerevan 0010).

Today is World Wildlife Day

The choice of the day is associated with 1973. On March 3, 1973, the Convention on International Trade in  Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora was adopted.

On the initiative of the Ministry of Environment, "The role and significance of specially protected areas of nature by the example of the Khosrov Forest state reserve" online training will be held.

The purpose  of “Upscaling Global Forest Watch in the Caucasus Region” regional project  is to empower decision-makers in government and civil society with technology and information to help reduce deforestation, facilitate commitments to restoration and conserve forest biodiversity by developing innovative user-friendly tools that easily share information, provide on-the-fly analyses.
