ANNOUNCEMENT / Public reviews over assessment of new bids for water use permits will be held remotely
Guided by the N 298-N decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (March 16, 2020) on “Declaring state of emergency in the Republic of Armenia.”, in a bid to exclude the cases of COVID-19, the Ministry of Environment will hold public reviews over assessment of new bids for water use permits remotely.
ANNOUNCEMENT on the pre-assessment bids submitted to the Environmental Impact Expertise of the Ministry of Environment, and the expertise procedure of environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports
Taking into account the activities to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the present state of emergency, the Ministry of Environment informs that the pre-assessment bids submitted to the Environmental Impact Expertise of the Ministry of Environment, and the expertise procedure of environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports are extended, owning to the necessity of holding public reviews.
By the decree of the session of the Commission for Coordination of Activities to Prevent the spread of Coronavirus, taking into consideration the functions and workload, the state agencies were instructed to consider the possibility of remote working with some of the employees within the next 10 days.
