Mercury-added products will be phased out
A grant project is implemented under the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia in a bid to phase out mercury-added products (lamps, thermometers, etc.), thereby subsequently banning their use in Armenia. The necessary legal basis will be developed, public awareness-raising activities on harmful impacts of mercury will be held within the framework of envisaged actions.
