Today, the Ministry of Environment organized a round-table discussion in the context of the European Climate Change Programme (ECCP). The status of implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) was on the agenda.

The National Assembly adopted the legislative package on “Making Supplements and Amendments to the Code on Ozone-Depleting Substances and on Administrative Offenses'' in the first reading
The corresponding legislative package was submitted by the Deputy Minister of Environment Irina Ghaplanyan in the National Assembly.
The ban will include the countries that produce ozone-depleting substances and have not signed the Montreal and Vienna Conventions.
