The workers of the conservation unit of “Dilijan” national park SNCO detected and composed 8 reports on illegal deforestation within the period of 17.11-25.11.2014: 18 trees carrying out of woods. A deforestation report was composed on M. Badalyan (illegal cutting of 2 trees) in the 2nd area of “Hagharcin” district, 17.11.2014, a report was composed on M. Aghajanyan (illegal cutting of a tree) in the 3rd area of “Hagharcin” district 21.11.2014, deforestation reports were composed on S. Hakobyan (illegal cutting of 2 trees) in the 2nd area of “Hagharcin” district, 21.11.2014. 8 cases of violations of norms on forests conducted by unknown individuals were detected and reports were composed about illegal cutting of 4 trees in the 3rd area of “Haghartsin” district, 22.12.2014 illegal cutting of 3 trees, 23.12.2014 illegal cutting of 3 trees, 24.12.2014 illegal cutting of 2 trees, 25.12.2014 illegal cutting of 2 trees. The above mentioned reports on violations of norms on forests were sent to Tavoush regional office of the Nature Protection Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection Staff where the damage caused to the nature as a result of illegal tree cutting will be calculated.
