20 decrees on administrative fine of 1.65 million AMD are as a result of inspection procedure of events implemented by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 01-05.12.2014 and the State Administration of Nature Protection; 559 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 200.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for individuals doing illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures of 4 cases conducted by Tavoush Regional Division. As a result of 5 cases conducted by Lori Regional Division it was decided to charge individuals 250.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine and 514.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Due to the inspections on preserving norms of water at a businessman carried out by Lori Regional Division, there has been decided to charge an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms. Environmental Protection Inspectorate detected violations of norms during the implemented joint inspections at an entrepreneur and charged an administrative fine. As a result of inspections carried out at one organization by Yerevan Division there were revealed violation of norms of atmosphere protection; an administrative fine decree of 50.0 thousand AMD was charged. Environmental Protection Inspectorate detected similar violations of norms during the implemented joint inspections at 2 entrepreneurs and charged an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD was charged. A decision of 300.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made for the individuals’ illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the inspection procedures of 3 cases conducted by Tavoush Regional Division. As a result of the visits of Forest Supervision Division similar cases have been detected. It was decided to charge an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD and 45.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Administrative proceedings are being implemented. During the joint visits of employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division and “Sevan NP” SNCO violations of norms were revealed and an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD was made. 3.0 kg live crayfish was confiscated and released back to Lake Sevan. Shirak Regional Division implemented inspections and detected illegal fishing It was decided to charge 50.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine. A net of 10m was confiscated. Aragacotn Regional Unit decided to charge a businessman 50.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines. In general due to the sanctions imposed by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 1.85 million AMD has entered the state budget.
