17 decrees on administrative fine of 1.35 million AMD are as a result of inspection procedure of events implemented by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 22-27.12.2014 and the State Administration of Nature Protection; 390.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 150.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine for 3 individuals doing illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures conducted by Tavoush Regional Division and 25.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substances implemented inspections at an enterprise, made a decision of 20.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine, and calculated 100.0 thousand as environmental damage. As a result of inspections carried out at one organization by Kotayk Regional Division there were revealed violation of norms of atmosphere protection; an administrative fine decree of 150.0 thousand AMD was charged and calculated 285.0 thousand as environmental damage. Water Protection Unit of Environmental Protection Inspectorate detected violations of norms during the implemented inspections at an enterprise and charged an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD was charged. As a result of the visits of Forest Supervision Division realized inspections at 4 organizations and detected inaccurate disposal of wastes. It was decided to charge an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD. Aragacotn Regional Unit decided to charge a businessman 50.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined deadlines. Due to the inspections realized by Forest Supervision Division at an organization, it was decided to charge an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD for similar violation of norms. A decision of 200.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine was made for 2 individuals’ illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the inspection procedures of cases conducted by Tavoush Regional Division. Due to the visits of Forest Supervision Division violation cases have been detected. It was decided to charge an administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD and 60.0 thousand AMD was estimated as environmental damage. During the joint visits of employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division, State Environmental inspectorate of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substances and “Sevan NP” SNCO 40 fish without owner was confiscated which was handed to “Gavar orphanage” SNCO according to the defined law. During the joint visits of employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division and “Sevan NP” SNCO 20 sig fish and 100 karas fish was confiscated which was handed to “Gavar orphanage” SNCO according to the defined law. Yerevan Regional Division implemented inspections and confiscated 10 sig fish which was handed to Yerevan educational center for auditory impaired children. In general due to the sanctions imposed by the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 1.84 million AMD has entered the state budget.
