Qualification requirements:
- Experience of at least last 3 years nationwide operating in Armenia.
- Producing and nationwide broadcasting of at least 3 TV programmes on protected areas, natural resources, ecology, rural development and sustainable use of natural resources.
- Availability of:
• project manager,
• key experts’ team (at least 3 persons in staff with experience relevant for this assignment),
• technical support team. - Experience of broadcasting TV programs about Syunik province.
- Experience of implementing at least 3 projects with international institutions during last 3 years.
- Proven evidence on existence of relevant technical equipment, required for the implementation of this assignment.

The Support Programme for Protected Areas in Armenia (SPPA-Armenia) is part of the Caucasus Initiative, launched by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ No: 2009.6657.2). The five year Programme is being implemented based on intergovernmental framework agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Republic of Armenia through the Separate Agreement signed between the KFW and Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia in 28.05.2013.
