The order of the Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan established a list of hunting animals for 2022-2023, permissible norms of their use and hunting periods. Taking as a basis Part 2 of Article 5, paragraph 8 of Part 1 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Hunting and hunting management", the following permissible hunting standards and hunting periods provided for hunting animals are established: http://env.am/storage/files/order-287.pdf. During the hunting season of 2022-2023, persons who have a permit to hunt the types of animals established by the annex to this order may carry out unlimited hunting of gray raven, common magpie, wolf and jackal. On the day following the entry into force of the order, hunting unions are granted a pre-declared number of licenses, which will be distributed among the members of the hunting union within the organizations. We call on our compatriots who are engaged in hunting and have the appropriate licenses to ensure and strictly observe all safety rules during the hunting period, to hunt exclusively in the amount specified in the licenses provided, in order to exclude the millstone and, most importantly, to take maximum care of nature. The issue of maintaining permissible hunting volumes carried out during the hunting season will be the focus of daily attention of the Ministry of the Environment and other responsible state bodies.
